LC Marshall and Sons was founded by Luke Marshall, a native of Charlottesville, Virginia whose passion for landscaping began as a child mowing and seeding lawns for friends of the family. Luke attended Charlottesville’s Monticello High School and graduated from Randolph Macon College with a degree in Business Economics and Accounting. Drawn to working outdoors and a self-proclaimed green thumb, Luke obtained a business license in 2008 offering homeowners and commercial contractors affordable and reliable landscaping services, including mowing, turf care, hardscapes, and snow removal.
